Not really - count the number of UJ flags that are Not on a government building, Conservative Club or military vets type organisation. Individuals and most private organisations fly the Red Dragon only. If an individual has a flagpole, he's probably a twat regardless of which flag he flies. What about people who have their flags showing in the window?

One reason for the ubiquity of the Welsh flag is that it is very pretty. Flying it isn't a political statement.

If small hand flags count, I'm enough of a twat to have a Union flag, a Red Dragon, a St David's Cross, and an Aberffraw banner (which annoys me: I want the other mediaeval Welsh flags too -- especially the Glamorgan chevrons -- or indeed some county flags, starting with the Brecknockshire Bat).
