Christine Jardine, Lib Dem incumbent since 2017, defends a 2,888 (5%) vote notional majority here. Jardine, who has filled a variety of spokesperson roles for her party, however, probably starts with a somewhat greater advantage, given how the Lib Dems have re-embedded themselves in west Edinburgh in the 2020s. there are 9,922 conservative votes to squeeze and the experience of 2021 tells us the lib dems will likely get quite a lot of them.
The SNP don't appear to have selected a candidate yet.

Was in this constituency this afternoon. 2 leafleters encountered - for Le Front Populaire... but I was at an event for the French Community. Otherwise no sign of an election.
