Given the sitting mp was disowned by his party during the campaign and still got elected, I'm not convinced that this will have a huge impact, although still time for Labour to find a replacement should they choose to.

He is the Godfather of the Fiefdom of Fife, picking his candidates. he intervened to get John McDougal, then Lindsay Roy (not even a Labour member) selected for Glenrothes, out of the loop these days but I would not be surprised if he was standing behind Altany Craik when he was pushed |
