Whilst local results (as we know) are no guarantee of parliamentary success, the 2022 council election does suggest those wards are not entirely opposed to voting Lib Dem. |

It'll be interesting to see how high the Labour vote goes here. In recent times one of there worst areas.

It is likely Farron will beat his 2010 record for his largest majority of 23.8% over the Conservatives. This will be a Liberal Democrat gain if it occurs in the election as the new seat is notionally Conservative.

We were in Scotland for the 1974 (I) GE - there must have been hundreds of posters between Perth and Inverness. All Conservative. |
