Northumberland County Council briefing they're targeting a declaration here by 23:30 on the 4th. www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c100207p326oCould well be close between Sunderland and here for the first seat declared (Newcastle in the article say they're unlikely to have an early declaration this time).

Hearing Lavery’s strong northeastern tones for the first victory speech, and him being a non-Starmerite would be quite amusing and I’d probably prefer to listen to his over the likely boilerplate speech from Philipson.

Once again, the constituency containing Blyth will likely set the tone for election night as Blyth Valley did in 2019.
