I thought that you were listing those MPs who were returned in the 1979 general election for the nearest equivalent constituency. But Bill Molloy lost in 1979. What are you driving at with these posts? Are you referring instead to 1974?

MPs returned at the midpoint of the previous parliament, the autumn of 1976

Those of us who use "recent posts" aren't best served by this kind of posting. Could you perhaps pause for now?
