Last weekEnd ND had performed surprisingly well - and this weekEnd surprisingly badly: Having lost nearly all regional runOffs (apart from the PeloponNese) plus Thessaloniki plus shockingly also Athens (after all the nephew of PM Mitsotakis):

PASOK held the first round of its primary yesterDay. 6 candidates ran:
- 29.64% Androulakis: the incumbent, strong on the land (Crete!), centre, favoured to win in the runOff - 21.41% Doukas: the freshly elected mayor of Athens, representing the left wing (probably open to a joint front with SYRIZA)
- 21.12% Geroulanos: PapandreouJr.-legacy - 19.52% Diamantopoulou: exEU-commissioner, served also under Papandreou jr. - 06.03% Katrinis - 02.29% Giannakopoulou
