Would not surprise me if Labour topped the poll in the north of the county and Warwick & Leamington, the Lib Dems in the south and Philip Seccombe comes through the middle to win.

No numbers but the Conservatives have won. There is at least a 15% swing to Labour though

Information from North Warwickshire council (Area Returning Officer)
Phillip Secombe (Con) 45,638 Sarah Feeney (Lab) 45,377 Richard Dickson (Lib Dem) 24,867 Votes rejected 1,636 (556 void for uncertainty, 889 being unmarked, 189 voting for more than one candidate)
I am thinking this could go to an election petition on the void for uncertainty element alone)

Rather a lot of rejected votes there, no? How does that compare to these PCC elections more generally??
