Con - 136,024 (55.7%) Lab - 67,050 (27.5%) Ind - 19,102 (7.8%) LD - 10,690 (4.4%) Reform UK - 5,504 (2.3%)
In 2016 Con won by 4.8% over Lab in the first round and 6% in the second. In 2012 Con won by 3.7% over Lab (only two candidates).

I'm a little bit surprised to see that Staffordshire appear to be publishing a running list of nominations staffordshire-pfcc.gov.uk/election2024/so far: Con: Ben Adams (Incumbent) Lab: Alastair Watson (Stoke-on-Trent councillor since 2011)

I’ve received a ‘newspaper’ from the Conservatives, 50/50 about their PCC candidate and the MP for Newcastle. Nothing from Labour. Facebook adverts from the LDs.
