Con - 99,565 (44.6%) Lab - 83,329 (37.3%) LD - 32,348 (14.5%) Reform UK - 8,258 (3.7%)
Second round: Con - 111,926 (53.0%) Lab - 99,463 (47.0%)
In 2016 Lab won by 1.8% over Con in the first round and 1.8% in the second. In 2012 Con won by 8.2% over Lab in the first round and 13.0% in the second.

That’s a pet hate of mine with the PCC elections ( among others) where in the same police area, some parts have concurrent local elections and some don’t.

It doesn't say much for the significance of the post of PCC that results are so profoundly affected by which other parts of the PCC areas have simultaneous council elections. Especially given that council election turnout is generally reckoned to be fairly poor in this country.

Well, the BBC website says Labour gain (unsurprising if correct).
The Halton website says "not started"!
