It caught me out a first too, but one line of his post has 2 candidates on it but only only 1 value predicted.
Ind DarwoodInd Phaure 0.1
I assumed in was one line per candidate and a mistype. But if it is two candidates with one having no value expressed, because there IS no value expressed. So it is accurate.
Yes you could interpret it that way.
I put them down as both being 0.1% hence my saying 100.1%

Would be quite something if the Green candidate won because that would mean that two Sarah Greens will have won by-elections in the same parliament. However, that amazingly is not unprecedented, as two Mike Carrs won by-elections in the 1987-1992 parliament, one of them sadly not living very long to enjoy his victory.
