North Tyneside, Camperdown Lab 873 Con 388 LD 124 Green 58 UKIP 36 Changes from May: Labour - 59% (-9) Cons - 26% (+2) LDs - 8% (+8) Greens - 4% (-3) UKIP - 2% (+2) Not a great Labour performance, though the candidate being a councillor for another ward until May may not have helped. The Lib Dems did do some campaigning so a surprisingly poor performance from them as well.

From 2019 top vote, it’s a 4.8% swing to Labour From 2019 average vote, it’s a 2.2% swing to Labour, The UKIP win, the town in a rural setting suggests this was going to be fairly tough. Thetford used to have a large London overflow housing element which would have leaned Labour many years ago but will have lost its salience in the last 20 years or so.

Arden is As You would Like it? Love That Labour Lost When it came to Arden, I had a Midsummer's Night Dream. So when it came to the prediction competition, I came somewhere near Bottom. And the "form horse" of that competition turned to an Ass.
