Does Boris still become an MP? Does he play such a central role in Vote Leave as in our timeline? If Leave does still win, would we have Jeremy Hunt as PM now?

Boris probably gets back into parliament earlier, winning a by election in Newark or Corby or somewhere - it all depends how tainted he appears following his 2012 defeat in London and how much of a 'bouncing back' narrative he is able to paint.
Meanwhile, I suspect Ken's return as mayor would go fairly badly, and probably means that the Tory decline we've seen in London over the past decade doesn't happen to the same extent. The 2016 mayoral contest would be very interesting.
