If the Duke hadn't died during an election campaign then we wouldn't have had the suspension of campaigning and we wouldn't have had the frustration of having to deal with complaints because Royal Mail insist on continuing to deliver already submitted mailed campaign material during suspensions. There were real people who complained about that?

There were real people who complained about that? Yes. People who support other parties complain about what other parties do. It was mainly Conservatives in my experience from my stint in working for the LD's last year.
