With ballots all voting precincts tallied, the GERB-Union of Democratic Forces electoral coalition had received 26.18 per cent of the votes, ahead of the party formed around cable television presenter Slavi Trifonov, which had 17.66 per cent.
The largest opposition party in the previous National Assembly, Kornelia Ninova’s Bulgarian Socialist Party, was in third with 15.01 per cent.
Predominantly ethnic Turk Movement for Rights and Freedoms was fourth with 10.49 per cent, ahead of Hristo Ivanov’s Democratic Bulgaria centre-right coalition, with 9.45 per cent.
The final results showed only one other formation, the coalition between former Ombudsman Maya Manolova and “The Poison Trio”, the organisers of the anti-government protests in summer 2020, surpassing the parliamentary representation threshold with 4.72 per cent.
Krassimir Karakachanov’s ultra-nationalist VMRO, which exit polls on election night put just past the four-per cent threshold, fell just short, with 3.64 per cent of the vote.
CEC’s data did not include the final turnout in the April 4 vote, with its most recent figure – at 5pm on Election Day, three hours before the end of voting – being 39.8 per cent.

With 75% of ballots counted, the new centrist party "We Continue the Change" (PP) has taken over 25% of the vote, well ahead of the former ruling GERB party. The ex-prime minister Boiko Borissov's conservatives have scored 22%.
Founded only few weeks ago by two Harvard graduates, Kiril Petkov and Asen Vasilev, PP quickly won support due to their resolute anti-graft actions and pledges to bring transparency, zero tolerance for corruption and reforms to key sectors in the European Union's poorest member.

...and disappointment w/ the previous batch of anticorruption parties' inability to compromise and form a government? It's all beyond hilarious. Bulgaria is hardly the only country unable to form a gov't these days (see the Netherlands) but most such places don't keep voting throughout. They did think to combine the parliamentary snap election with the presidential election, but the (anti Gerb) incumbent got 49% and so there will soon be a second round whose outcome is a foregone conclusion.

just randomly spotted that the Turkish minority won the Abroad vote. Makes sense (huge emigration rates) but I know what Bulgarian nationalists will think of that. What share of the abroad vote is that?

What share of the abroad vote is that? 38.65%, but not everything is counted. In spring the "Reformists" changed the law and increased the number of PollingStations abroad. In the second election the Turkish TurnOut did not explode, but this time it obviously did.

Only the 2 ExitPolls performed well, detected the final surge of PP (in the shadow of Radev):
