Interesting, that LSI with its 4 MPs (2 Tirana, 1 Shkoder & Fier) didn't receive any seat anymore in the Bektashi-StrongHolds (especially southern Berat):  |

How can You claim, that PD gained especially in Tirana? My tables prove something different: In the city it was mediocre (~10.?%), in the province as a whole underwhelming 8.3%! Instead increasement happened generally in the rural&remote East, the line Kukes-Diber-Elbasan! (In the two latter PD had suffered the largest losses 4 years ago [9% & 11%].) |
