When I went to Albania, there was a mass protest against Rama going on. It all seemed rather tense.
But he's surely going to walk it this time. He's a fascinating character, veers between engaging and sinister, but undoubtedly made Tirana better at least.

The OpinionPolls have reported a narrowing of the 2 main parties, in some PD being ahead.
Though even if the latter were really the case, the PS-splinter LSI would prefer to coalition with PS (as they did 2013-2017) than with PD (as happened 2009-2013, when the PD-alliance alone had won 70/140 seats, what made PS&LSI impossible).

Annoyingly the Elec.Comm. does not present any precinct-results - as it is usual in SE-Europe in order to cool people down (or to enable ConspiracyTheories?).

The first precinct is known: It's situated in Pustec, the country's only Bulgarian ("Macedonian") municipality.
PS ended on first place, but only 4 votes ahead this time.

The results in 17 of over 5,000 precincts are revealed. 3 in Kukes (in the NE) with 2/3 for PD, but that is most cons. area of Albania. The rest in the PS-friendly south. Unfortunately no comparison of these areas with last time. So we will have to wait.
