The Welsh counted through the night last week so there’s a chance Gwynedd will follow suit.

       Llanrug are counting tonight so Ive been told. I must say I like them counting on the same day as you never know when the result is coming through when they count next day. 

     God helps us after May 6th the counting will be over 4 days

I seem to remember Bristol taking three days in 2016, doing the Police and Crime Commissioner on Friday, Elected Mayor on Saturday, and whole council on Sunday.

The Green did well.

Yeah I saw this and I thought "that's a great result for us". Then I realised it was an independent named Green, using the Welsh word for independent. Still the real winner in Llanrug is democracy, first contested election since 2008.

Ok result for the blue team, would have liked us to be around 55% but I’ll take 51%. Good result for the SNP, on these figures I’d say Perthshire south and Kinross-shire will be on a knife edge, could go either way, but let’s see what 6 weeks of campaigning does.
