The left-nationalistic (not sure, how serious its turn to western left-"liberalism" is, though) (L)VV was polled above 40%, making them quite inevitable (also in the presidential one later this year).

PreferencesVote in former elections: Expect a further InCrease for Kurti. By the way: The PDK-&LDK-leaders are both professors at the university of Prishtina.

The ExitPoll of KohaDitore had LVV seemingly 6% too high, so let us take these graphics with some reservation: Optimism (=blue) - pessimism (=green): "Has the campaigning influenced Your VotingIntention?" (blue=yes, yellow=no): Main issues: Bottom (= most important): Jobs, HealthService, Crime&Corruption, Education, VisaLiberalization, CoronaVirus, InerNat.Org.-membership, EnvironmentalProtection, dialogue with Serbia, others.

New numbers from the EC, based on 355.000 counted votes (eligible would be ~1.2m [iirc]):
48.14% LVV 18.36% PDK 13.73% LDK 08.23% AAK 02.66% Nisma
LVV is increasing and i am not sure, whether and by how much the heavily LVV-leaning diaspora is included.

600.000 (~70%) done. LVV remains at 48%, PDK falling to 17.54%, LDK minimally to 13.35% and AAK to 7.44%.

I have seen it hypothesised that some Serbs turned out to vote for 'moderate' Kosovo Albanian parties to counter the anticipated VV landslide... 20 seats are reserved for national minorities. As I understand it (and Article 64 of the constitution seems to agree www.kqz-ks.org/wp-content/uploads/2017/12/CONSTITUTION_OF_THE_REPUBLIC_OF_KOSOVO.pdf), those seats are reserved for parties representing national minorities, but there aren't separate electoral rolls (unlike Maori seats in NZ, for example). The increased turnout in Serb majority municipalities coincided with a decrease in votes for Serb parties.
