In spring a referendum boycotted by the OpPosition (official TurnOut 58%) agreed with 90% on the possibility of an incumbent president being elected for a third time. The parliamentary elections on the same day gave the president's party ("RPG", SI-member) a SuperMajority dur to the boycott.
