Very happy for Montenegro, Milatović seems very competent. Well, that's, what our "liberal" (=left) journaille writes. So reason to be veeeery cautious. Milatović is relatively pro-Serbia and relatively dry from what I’ve read about his time as the Minister of the Economy. |

They probably like him because he's Pro-European (Not sure why anyone in Montenegro would be anti-EU unless they are more inclined toward Serbian nationalism than actual Serbian nationalists living in Serbia or are a part of the current Mafia state) , not realizing that he's decently pro-Serbia as well and pretty right wing on economics lol |

With 39% counted their EC announces, that Milatovic gets 60%.
A victory was likely from the beginning - Djukanovic's only hope would have been Mandic entering the runOff - and such a blowOut not unlikely since all other major candidates have endorsed Milatovic.
