My attention has recently been drawn on Twitter to Bolton Elects, who are described as a couple of data science students doing some pretty impressive things. Like commissioning their own polls.
Their most recent output are some constituency polls. Sample sizes are fairly small so the margin of error will be a bit higher than normal.

Wonder how much that cost? Wouldn't be cheap.

I look forward to Na h-Eileanan an Iar Elects. The poll sample would probably exceed the actual population.

Wonder how much that cost? Wouldn't be cheap. Most of the colleges in the US that do political polling don't have to spend much money on it because students act as volunteer call centre staff. I wonder if something similar is happening here.
