There’s a note about the fact that this single member ward will have no representation, potentially for over a year. There’s got to be a solution, however imperfect?

The problem is that councillors are getting advice from legal officers following the letter of the law. It takes brave councillors to stand up to a legal officer in full flight. Direction/guidance/SIs are needed.
