Ann Widdecombe is standing in Plymouth Devonport, a seat she previously contested 36 & 1/2 years ago. Is this a record between candidacies in an individual seat/area?

Probably. There are a number of 20-year examples for an obvious reason: for instance Sir George Stonhouse, 3rd Bar't, who was elected for Abingdon in April 1640, subsequently expelled, and then elected again for the same constituency in April 1660.
