There appears to have been a byelection somewhere in the Cotswolds yesterday. I assume non principal authority and would guess from the fact that it had some political candidates at something like Cirencester Town Council.
Result
Mark Harris Lib Dem 419, Bob Irving Green 78, Bob Stephens UKIP 135.

Yes, appears to be Stratton-Whiteway ward on Cirencester Town Council.
