Schedule 9 covered four divisions of Surrey: Epsom (132,818), Mitcham (103,162), Eastern (76,659) and Reigate (62,594). It also included the divided Parliamentary Borough of Croydon (North Division 85,396, South Division 78,874), and the undivided Boroughs of Kingston-upon-Thames (86,325) and Wimbledon (92,798).
The Commission created a new single-member Borough in Mitcham (the Municipal Boroughs of Beddington and Wallington and Mitcham) 67,253, and Sutton and Cheam (the Municipal Boroughs of Sutton and Cheam) 54,653.
A new Carshalton division of Surrey consisted of the Urban Districts of Banstead and Carshalton (55,190).
A redrawn Epsom division was to consist of the Municipal Boroughs of Epsom and Ewell, the part of the Municipal Borough of Surbiton previously in Epsom, and the parts of the Urban District of Esher previously in Kingston-upon-Thames, and the Urban District of Leatherhead (63,770).
The revised Eastern division lost the parts of the South ward of the County Borough of Croydon, of the Municipal Borough of Beddington and Wallington, and the Urban District of Carshalton. It gained the parts of the Urban District of Coulsdon and Purley previously in Croydon South, Mitcham or Reigate. (77,756)
