The North Devon result loses the Lib Dem’s their council gain from NOC that was awarded in the results on May 2nd. Greens and LD's basically cut thier own throats to coin a phrase. Well, if you are suggesting the Lib Dems should have stood down in our favour...

LincsInds must be kicking themselves they weren't more attentive before last months elections - when they could have got themselves an unopposed seat.

LincsInds must be kicking themselves they weren't more attentive before last months elections - when they could have got themselves an unopposed seat. They might not have had anyone suitable or willing to stand. Getting elected as an independent candidate usually requires a high local profile.
