Robert Greetham was the bottom placed indy in 2015, but he does have an address in North Kyme, (as does the Conservative). Greetham also got a massive 12 votes in Sleaford in the 2017 county elections.

Apart from the Tory and the Lib Dem they all stood in other wards in May. The Indy Shanahan-Kluth stood for the Tories at that point...

I am wondering why at least the Tories didn't have a second candidate in May -was it that they had expected a Lincs.Ind candidate to stand and were happy to split the ward, and then no Lincs.Ind candidate appeared?

Well, yes and no. Surely from a Green point of view it gives more influence if the Lib Dems need an extra vote from somewhere than if they have an outright majority. Not that that was planned.
