There's an unexploded WW2 bomb in Kingston, so they have had to move polling stations. Interestingly never heard of this happening before. I assume some people will have missed the opportunity to vote. Would be interesting to see how such a situation unfolded in a close run local election.

St Raphael's Catholic Church in Portsmouth Road has been moved to Glenmore House, 6 The Crescent, Surbiton, KT6 4BN
