No. Rule 19.6 (b) applies. None of candidates are nominated with a Party label as they are all Independents, the by-election does not form part of the Prediction Competition.

Neath Port Talbot, Resolven: 12 Independent gain from Labour, ricmk & Toylyyev Labour hold and greenrobinhoood Plaid Cymru gain

Tendring, St Osyth: 100% Independent hold with majority over Conservative from 30% (priceofdawn) to 61% (Yellow Peril)
- greenrobinhood & jamesrodriguez did not state who were the ultimate winners whilst ricmk only implied. However I am minded not to give any additional faults as the percentages make it impossible for there to be any result other than 2 Independent wins.
