NORFOLK CC; Wroxham (Con resigned) Candidates: DAVIS, Jan (Green) HEARD, Stephen Paul (Liberal Democrat) WHEELER, Julia Carol (Labour) WHYMARK, Fran (Conservative)
2017: Con 1744; LD 588; Lab 315; Grn 162; UKIP 148 2013: Con 908; Ind 550; UKIP 543; LD 533; Lab 315 2009: Con 1788; Grn 603; LD 485; Lab 291 2005: Con 2096; Ind 1226; Lab 948; LD 863; Grn 224
The Lib Dem candidate was their candidate in 2017 and the indy who stood in 2013. The Conservative candidate is one of the incumbent councillors for Wroxham ward on Broadland DC (elected some distance ahead of her running mate in 2015).
This division is made up of 3 district wards – Coltishall (1 member) is safely Conservative. Blofield with South Walsham elected 2 indys in 2004, before the Conservatives gained 1 in 2007 and the other in 2011 – now looks fairly safe Conservative. Wroxham ward elected an Indy and a Conservative in 2004 and 2007, before the Lib Dems took both seats in 2011, only for the Tories to win one in a by-election in 2014 and the other in 2015.
Current Council: Con 53 + this vacancy; Lab 16; LD 11; Ind Group 2; Ind (non-aligned 1);

Anyone know if Wroxham is counting tonight? It's a big division with poor roads.

Yet another example of what can best be called "still water." This has been the overall trend for many weeks now.

How do the Greens feel about the direct swing of 5% from UKIP? 🤔🤔😁😁😁😁 I was more focussed on the fact that we were the only ones who got more actual votes than last time...

How do the Greens feel about the direct swing of 5% from UKIP? Perfectly happy, just as you should be with the direct swing to your party. Of course direct swings don't happen, people's votes move all over the place and the result is how that mix ends up.
