Africa Group
Rwanda won their place with 148 votes, against one vote each for "write in" candidates Tanzania and DR Congo
Asia Pacific Group
South Korea won their place with 149 votes in the second round, having failed to win a large enough majority in the first round. Bhutan withdrew from the contest. Final result in the second round:
South Korea 149 Cambodia 43
Latin America and Caribbean
Argentina received 182 votes, against one each for 'write in' candidates Barbados and Cuba
Western European and Other Group
In round 1, Australia won with 140 votes, against Luxembourg (128) and Finland (108)
In round 2, Luxembourg beat Finland 131-62
So new members from 2013 are Rwanda [replacing South Africa], South Korea [India], Argentina [Colombia], Australia [Germany] and Luxembourg [Portugal]
Next year, an election will be held to replace Morocco, Togo, Guatemala, Pakistan, and Azerbaijan.
