There is no 2017 General Election, what changes?

Interesting question.
I suppose the divisions that the country has wouldn’t have become as apparent as quickly... and May would have appeared stronger with Labour’s anti Semitism crisis...
And her weaknesses as a campaigner wouldn’t have been exposed so brutally.

Do we think the Tories would face better prospects in the London Local Elections?

Do we think the Tories would face better prospects in the London Local Elections? The focus would shift to Tory gains, rather than Labour. We would have a good chance of retaking Harrow and Hammersmith & Fulham and a better chance of taking Sutton and Havering. Labour should be able to hold Redbridge, Enfield and Croydon while gaining Tower Hamlets. We may also have lost Kingston to the Libs but Richmond should be ok.

She was clearly useless prior to April 2017, but she was smart enough to keep (by prime ministerial standards) a low public profile. That simply wasn't an option during a general election campaign, and so she was exposed as the rather shallow individual that she is.

We would have a clear majority, a stronger position in negotiating a proper clear Brexit, and and increasingly decaying Corbyn leadership heading into oblivion.

I think Corbyn would have gone last summer.
The 2017 local elections were bad for Labour, but we forget that now. Labour had also lost Copeland and there were rumours of other Labour MPs ready to quit the Commons. The pressure was mounting on Corbyn with no sign of electoral improvement.
He wouldn’t have been replaced by a moderate or Blairate but I’m fairly confident he would of gone.
Corbyn’s weakness was of course a minor factor into May calling the election in the first place.

Corbyn was only hanging on to the leadership long enough to get the rule change through at conference. After that he would likely have resigned and been replaced by a more competent figure from the left.
