At 2200 on 3 May the BNP will have no elected Councillors in the UK as Brian Parker (BNP Councillor for Marsden Ward, Pendle) will cease holding office and is not running for re-election.
The BNP have two candidates in their former stronghold of Barking and Dagenham in Goresbrook (Bede Smith - against 3 Lab and 3 Cons) and in Eastbrook (Tony McKay against 3 Lab, 3 Cons and 1 No Description
Where else are far right / fascist parties standing?

Depends whether you count the UKIP splitting parties within your definition of far right. Waters's 'For Britain' probably meets most of the criteria.
There's one BNP in Northolt West End ward (Ealing) and another in West Drayton ward (Hillingdon) in west London.

For Britain has a candidate in Sunderland (Washington N). I'm surprised they aren't doing the 'Sheffield City Region' mayoralty, since it includes Rotherham (where there are otherwise no elections this year). They wouldn't have won of course, but any sort of decent vote would have given them momentum, if we can still use that word.
There are National Front candidates in Rossendale (Irwell), Calderdale (Todmorden) and Sutton (St Helier). I expect to see another in Havering. The British Democrats have a candidate in Bradford (Wyke). There are one or two English Democrats about, but AFAIK none of their candidates are from the section of the EDs that are ex-BNP - that faction seems to have given up.
Ex-BNP independents are standing in Burnley (Brunshaw) and Liverpool (Kensington & Fairfield). Paul Cromie (also ex-BNP) is defending his seat in Bradford (Queensbury), but he's been an independent for a long time and AFAIK genuinely no longer has any connection with what might be termed the organised 'far right'.

Talking of those who have been independent for a long time and no longer have any connection to the far right, I see the the Community Group has disappeared from Hounslow. They were still runners-up in Isleworth in 2014.
