It seems to be difficult to find any detail of the 2008 results by municipality. Presumably one part rule is unlikely in any of the major cities because of the voting system though I expect the Centre Party has a majority in a large number of the rural municipalities

Amusing to see the Swedish people's Party (Fi:RKP and Swe:SFP) breaking into the depths of Lapland. 2 Cllrs elected in Utsjoki the northernmost kommune/kunta.

And I quite like www.vaalikone.fi/kunta2012/tulos/ for results He3lsingin Sanomat (Big broadsheet in Helsinki) seems better for geeks in this than YLE (state broadcaster).

Major gains for True Finns. All other main parties lose out.

The Swedish population outside coastal areas is insignificant (and not even all of those, towards the Russian border and in the Norhern parts of the Gulf of Bothnia they are also few).

With 96% counted:
2017 2021 = 2017+2021
-3.5% +5.8% = +2.3% PS (Nat.) +0,4% -0.5% = -0.1% KD (ChristDem.) -1.2% +0.4% = -0.8% KOK (Cons.) -1.1% -2.2% = -3.3% KESK (Farmer-Centrists) +0.2% 0.0% = +0.2% SFP (Swedish minority) +4.0% -2.1% = +2.1% VIHR (Greens) -0,2% -1.6% = -1.8% SDP (Soc.Dem.) +0.8% -0.9% = -0.1% VAS (FarLeft)
