What is the latest date a countermanded election (or indeed a council by-election generally) can be called for GE day?

The BBC are also reporting that the Ceredigion seat will have it's election on 8th June.
I don't think it's officially countermanded but it is relevant anyway, the vacant Yscir will have it's election on June 22nd.
