So Tories down 2 Assembly seats . If Labour holds Brent and Harrow could it mean an outright majority or do they lose a London-wide member? Depends on the list vote but yes it makes it harder to win a list seat.

Certainly from the Scottish experience the AMS system is meant to provide a balance against FPTP and make majorities unlikely albeit the SNP broke the system in 2011. And the London Assembly is a much smaller scale body

LibDem have a constituency win.

Last seat was Conservative in 2021 1 Green Party 2 Liberal Democrats 3 Green Party 4 Conservatives 5 Conservatives 6 Green Party 7 Conservatives 8 Labour Party 9 Liberal Democrats 10 Labour Party 11 Conservatives This time one more party (Reform) can get over the threshold. LibDem have a constituency win. Yep my bad but still two less seats for the Tory total to be divided by this time around.
