Did they use the decoy list, aka the Berlusconi Trick, at this election? That was 2001. The scorporo system got binned by Berlusconi in readiness for the 2006 election where the majority bonus came in. That was the year that Olive Tree scraped it on the basis of overseas seats and the Aosta Valley but then got the bonus seats anyway. |
