Pretty much: in five wards (the four listed plus Barnes) there was a joint slate of two Lib Dems and one Green. Rugby 2019. No changes based on 2015. Grey wards not up for election. Split wards are (not taking account of by-elections or defections): Dunsmore is 2C/1Ind and the independent is up in 2021. That completes Warwickshire 2018 on LEAP.

Welwyn Hatfield 2019. Changes based on 2016 when the current ward boundaries were introduced: LD gain from C Handside Panshanger Sherrards LD gain from Lab Peartree The Conservatives recovered a by-election loss to Labour in Hatfield Villages. Split wards are (not taking account of by-elections or defections): Haldens is 2Lab/1C and Labour are defending in 2021. Handside is 2LD/1C and the Conservatives are defending in 2021. Hollybush is 2Lab/1C and the Conservatives are defending in 2021. Panshanger is 2LD/1C and the Conservatives are defending in 2021. Sherrards is 2LD/1C and the Conservatives are defending in 2021. It has come to my attention that the 2003 election for Hatfield North ward was a postponed poll. Accordingly, I have made the necessary changes to LEAP which include a new 2003 map:

There was. Yet to be reciprocated by the Greens anywhere, as far as I know. A pact for local elections would - at least on the Green side - have been agreed solely by the local party, and not by the regional or national party. It's possible that the intention was for us to stand down there for the next General Election, which was then overtaken by the national pact when 2019 came around.

There was. Yet to be reciprocated by the Greens anywhere, as far as I know. Didn't the Greens stand down in both Twicknham and Richmond Park in December 2019 as reciprocation? I thought it was a specific local arrangement to defeat the Tories in a borough where there is no Labour presence to speak of at council level. In some other areas Green candidates withdrawing would not necessarily increase the LD vote.

There was. Yet to be reciprocated by the Greens anywhere, as far as I know. Didn't the Greens stand down in both Twickenham and Richmond Park in December 2019 as reciprocation? That was the entirely separate "Remain Alliance" arrangement, nothing to do with the council elections.
