Fuck it, I'm going to risk joining the Conservatives. Hopefully I don't grow devil horns in the morning. Oh, you will do. They may not be visible, but they'll be in there, growing up, and also down - into your soul...

You don't have to be a Labour supporter to join the Co-Operative Party - the only restriction is that you can't be a member of any other party, and that's sporadically enforced at best (I've met a few Lib Dem councillors who were quite open about being Co-Operative Party members.) So it might be wise to wait for Adrian to clarify if that's what he wants.

As a Co-operative Party member, the option to have our own forum was considered but I think there were only two of us.

The survey suggests I disagree with most Ayr, Carrick & Cumnock voters on almost all issues, especially foreign policy and domestic policy - it suggests that I move to Berwick-upon-Tweed Ross, Skye & Lochaber or Blackpool South. Getting that down to a shortlist of two shouldn't be difficult.

Retook the quiz quickly in the attempt of finding out my figures for the nationalist parties and I got similar figures as last time (68 Lib Dem / 63 Con / 59 Lab / 51 UKIP / 51 Grn). I also got the same leanings as last time with moderate leaning towards big government and moderately leaning towards progressive. Oddly enough I got "You agree with most United Kingdom voters on almost all issues, especially Education and Science issues. This is rare, you should consider running for office!" and "You agree with most Scotland voters on almost all issues, especially Foreign Policy and Science issues. This is rare, you should consider running for office!" this time, I didn't expect that. Couldn't find the nationalist figures I keep imagining you getting a higher score for the SNP than for anybody else.

I keep imagining you getting a higher score for the SNP than for anybody else. Why? Also do you have a link to the quiz including the nationalists? More because it would be amusing. And, of all the partisan posters on here, you're the one where it's most plausible you'd get a match with the party you most strongly oppose, since you basically oppose them because of a single policy, and don't care very much about any other issue (a least in terms of deciding your vote). Incidentally, I'm pretty sure that site doesn't include options for the SNP or Plaid Cymru. You should probably e-main them (e-mail address on the bottom of the page) to complain about their omission.

Have you considered moving to the USA? Where Gary Johnson got 3% of the vote?

I side with: 68% Liberal Democrat 65% Conservative 56% Labour 53% UKIP 46% Green SNP weren't listed. Apparently I'm centrist. I'm considering joining the Conservatives, but I won't be doing so until after the next UK general election: if my support for the party holds up past 2020 then I will join them. The survey suggests I disagree with most Ayr, Carrick & Cumnock voters on almost all issues, especially foreign policy and domestic policy - it suggests that I move to Berwick-upon-Tweed Ross, Skye & Lochaber or Blackpool South. A warm welcome awaits in Ross old chap, but I can't see why they suggest it? This is a SNP-LD fight with Conservatives recovering but still low.
