As much chance as a no hoper like Corbyn winning the Labour selection, less chance maybe due to super delegates. But if his supporters feel cheated look for a republican win. Cut Nose Face Not if Trump is the candidate

So, the HC campaign appears to have gone from "Hilary, we have a problem" to "The Clinton has landed" in fairly short order. To our US election experts, has there been any particular reason things have shifted quite so quickly, or is it just the order the states nominated (combined with a fear of Trump?) Just seems to have turned around very quickly, & the SC win was bigger than predicted a week or so ago. Put simply Clinton's southern firewall was never in any danger and with southern states all voting fairly early the calender strongly suited her.

It goes back to the response of Clinton at the Wisconsin debate and I believe that this is a theme that has run on since then. Sanders' campaign message is ultimately one dimensional and limited (and remarkably similar to Cruz's when you cut out the social issue differences), Clinton and her team have not disagreed with Sanders' core campaign messages (that people feel disenfranchised, that campaign finance is shot, that the MSM is far to powerful, that the share of the wealth is hopelessly unbalanced) but they've made the point that those alone aren't enough to make a difference to ordinary people's day to day lives.
It's the kind of campaign that the non-Corbyn candidates should have run the the Labour leadership election, show his campaign as limited, not disagree with core points but show that whinging about how awful everything is without actually being able to show how things can realistically be better (rather than just shouting louder) is just a dead end.

There is of course another point here, Sanders was never really in it to win. He ran in order to promote the issues that matter to him and make sure that they remained high on the political agenda.

The same could be said of Corbyn. He was fortunate that the other candidates in that election didn't have a clue how to handle him and his supporters.

Or unfortunate, as I understand that he is hating every minute.

I think you're all failing to understand (as British people are apt to ) that an American primary series is really not comparable to a British Party Leadership election. There are no lessons to be learned.

He was fortunate that the other candidates in that election didn't have a clue how to handle him and his supporters run an internal election campaign (or indeed an external one if their lamentable efforts were any guide).
