One thing I would say for Gwlad is that they're doing a pretty good job of contesting the community council elections in Carmarthenshire and Swansea at the moment - not every one of them, but certainly a lot of them, and probably more than the larger parties.

The councillor missing from Cwmamman's website is Andrew Jenkins (Lab), presumably following a resignation. So Cwmamman is an Independent gain from Labour.

Rugeley Town Council in Cannock Chase comprises 19 councillors elected from 4 wards. The quorum (at least one third) is 7.
Back on 2 May 2019, the town council elected 10 Independents, 4 Labour, 2 Conservatives, 1 Liberal Democrat and 1 No Description. They were all unopposed. The final vacancy was filled by co-option.
On 4 May 2023, only 4 candidates were nominated for the 19 seats, including Christine Martin (Independent Resident) in Hagley ward, leaving Rugeley Town Council inquorate.
Elections were re-run on 22 May 2023 for the unfilled 15 seats across the 4 wards, attracting 14 nominations, including Dave Lucas (Independent (Rugeley Historic Antlers)) in Hagley ward. They were all unopposed and the town council was able to hold a meeting on 14 June 2023. The minutes note that there were two vacancies, one unfilled and the second through the resignation of Christine Martin.
At an Extraordinary Meeting of the Council on 5 July, they considered two candidates for co-option to the remaining unfilled seat in Hagley ward and co-opted Ian Gibson. By the time of this meeting, Dave Lucas had also resigned, leaving a council make-up of 9 Independent, 4 No Description, 3 Lab, 1 Co-opted and 2 Vacant. The 3 Lab had all been elected on 4 May 2023.
At an Ordinary Meeting of the Council also on 5 July, the Town Council made a resolution to formally advertise the casual vacancies. The Returning Officer called an election for the two vacant seats in Hagley ward on 31 August. Just 2 nominations were received (1 No Description and 1 Resident of Rugeley). The Returning Officer issued a Notice of Uncontested Election on 3 August.
So the final make-up of Rugeley Town Council will be 9 Independent, 5 No Description, 3 Lab, 1 Rugeley Resident and 1 Co-opted.

Byelection pending on Salisbury City Council, Conservative group leader Eleanor Wills resigned (elected July 2022 in by-election.) Local Tories not happy - one is reported in Salisbury Journal, “All the Conservative Party members from across Salisbury and Wiltshire who gave up their evenings and weekends to support her by-election campaign last year will be very angry and upset that she is selfishly throwing in the towel.” To be fair, I’d probably feel the same.

Bath & North East Somerset, Radstock, Haydon. I think this must be to fill the seat that was vacant after the election in May, when one Lab was elected unopposed for the two-member ward. The council as elected in May was: 5 [], 2 Lab, 1 Con, 1 LD, 1 Ind, 1 Vacancy.
As an aside, there appears to be no information at all about this byelection on the BANES website, and electoral services simply pointed me to the town council website. So I'm expecting that I may well miss other parish byelections in BANES in future as well.
Bridgend, Porthcawl, East Central. Current council: 7 Ind, 6 Con, 3 Lab, 2 Vacancies. 2022 result: Ind 711*/679*/581*/522/348, Lab 676*/594*/561*. There are currently two vacancies in this ward - the third Lab and the third Ind elected in 2022, and I'm not sure which one this byelection was triggered by. Lab/Ind defend.
Denbighshire, Rhyl, Cefndy. Current council: 20 Lab, 1 Con, 1 Vacancy. 2022 result: Lab 323*/316*/305*, Con 131/124/83, Ind 81. The vacancy was caused by the second Lab elected in 2022. Lab defend.
East Lindsey, Mablethorpe & Sutton, Sutton on Sea South. Current council: 9 Ind, 5 Lab, 3 [], 1 Con, 1 Retired Shopkeeper. 2022 result: Ind 475*/445*, [] 264*, Con 263. Not sure which one this byelection was triggered by. Ind/[] defend.
North East Derbyshire, Wingerworth, Hardwick Wood. Current council: 7 Ind, 4 LD, 2 Con, 1 Vacancy. 2022 result: LD elected unopposed. LD defend.
Wokingham, Wokingham, Wescott East. Current council 15 LD, 6 Lab, 2 Con, 1 Ind, 1 Vacancy. 2022 result: LD 635*, Con 365*/344, Lab 226/204. Con defend.

3 out of 5 candidates getting 10 votes or less must be pretty unusual.

But not as small an electorate as:
North East Derbyshire, Wingerworth, Hardwick Wood. Lives in Hardwick Wood 39, Con 38, Green 12, LD 2. Lives in Hardwick Wood gain from LD. Turnout 42%.
East Lindsey, Mablethorpe & Sutton, Sutton on Sea South. Ind 293, [] 164, Con 83. Ind gain from Ind or possibly []. Turnout 28.5%.

2 votes when that party previously held the seat must be a rare event as well

I will be very disappointed if 'Lives in Hardwick Wood' means lives in a house in the village, and not in a burrow or a tree in the wood itself.
