A few days ago marked the 65th anniversary of China's invasion of Tibet, its also around 53 years since the Sino-Indian war.
Could Britain have done more to provide security in Asia after 1945, could we have avoided the partition of India if we had not been in such a rush to disengage with Empire, could we have secured an economic union with India, whereby we secured India's military security.
Could we also have done more to build security and friendly relations in post war China.
If Churchill had won the election in 1945, would the history of Asia taken a different course.
