There are just 3 by-elections during April:
* 1 on 1st April (Wednesday)
- District Council with annual elections (2012 and 2014) following disqualification of former Conservative councillor for non-attendance
* 1 on 2nd April (Thursday)
- Welsh Unitary Council last contested in 2012 caused by death of previous Plaid Cymru councillor
* 1 on 16th April (Thursday)
- County Council last contested in 2013 caused by resignation of previous Labour councillor
Conservatives are contesting all 3 by-elections, Labour and UKIP 2 whilst Liberal Democrats, Plaid Cymru, Llais Gwynedd and Independent 1 each
- a total of 11 candidates.
Predictions on this thread by 9.00 am on morning of election.

Tandridge, Whyteleafe: 7 Conservative hold, majority over Lib Dem ranging from 6.7% (PhilDav) to 23% (hempie); Tony Otim narrow Lib Dem gain.
