That's a great result for us in Harlow - are there any circumstances around the UKIP councillor's resignation that may have depressed their vote? Also amusing (though hardly unusual nowadays) to see the LibDems polling 47 votes in a ward where they used to hold all three seats! Andrew Teale's preview just refers to ill health as the cause of the resignation. |

Conservatives also held the Cabin Lane ward on Oswestry Town Council: Con 194 (40.8%), Green 101 (21.2%), No Description 63 (13.2%), Liberal Democrat 45 (9.5%), Independent 37 (7.8%) and No Description 36 (7.6%).
