Just 8 entries this week with Tony Otim showing signs of aging small child induced sleepless nights and Casual Observer nowhere to be seen Carmarthenshire: 4 Labour hold, brianj, Mark Senior and PhilDav have a People 1st gain and hempie a Plaid Cymru gain. I make it that brianj, hempie, Mark Senior, Pete Whitehead and PhilDav can all theoretically win whilst those five plus David Boothroyd and Robert Waller can still come second. Edited for accuracy

Most college and university students manage to do well despite acute sleep deprivation, but it's much harder to function as well while being sleep-deprived a few years later.
