It increasingly looks like the outcome will be 3/1/1/1 which means from July the Senate make up will be
L/N: 33 ALP: 25 Grn: 10 PUP: 3 Other: 5
The 5 others are 1 each for Liberal Democratic Party, Democratic Labour Party, Family First Party, Australian Motoring Enthusiasts Party* and Nick Xenophon.
*Senator elect Ricky Muir of the AMEP has said that he will enter into an informal alliance with the PUP senators
On the face of it that looks like 41 votes to repeal the carbon tax with only the ALP and Green senators likely to oppose the move.

Although looking it up now, his alternative is very much of a pro-Green hue. And I always had him down as a pseudo-Green.
