It's a joke... As stated, quite possibly Persia. The theory is that they were Zoroastrian priests Surely it’s more likely they were Christian Since Christianity, by definition, doesn't exist at this point, that would be impossible.

How could they be Christian at the Nativity Christ did not start preaching until well into his adult life.
