I know some of those yet undone have been claimed and are in progress, for example iainbhx on the rest of the Black Country. However I am not aware of anyone yet mentioning the three Coventry seats, which were originally done by greenchristian. I PMd him as to his intentions some time ago but received no response. I am happy to update these myself - the originals were very good - if no one has any objections or better ideas. Finally I am hoping that the fact that John Chanin has recently entered a profile of The Wrekin here means he may take the rest of outstanding Shropshire in due course, in addition to Aldridge--Brownhills and Lichfield which he definitely has agreed. If not then Shrewsbury, North Shropshire and South Shropshire are available for bids ... think that accounts for the whole of the West Midlands. |

Like I said on the Wrekin page, if anyone wants a crack at North Shropshire or Shrewsbury, then drop me a line first in case I've started so we dont waste each other's time. Thanks all. I suggest that WJ is the best person to do Shrewsbury and North Shropshire, and goes ahead with these, but if not completed within say the next month that they be opened up to others (in which case experience tells me I shall probably end up doing them!) If I don't hear from greenchristian or he doesn't post within the next day or two I shall start updating his profiles on Coventry. I don't think they'll need much work as there are only limited boundary changes in that city and his originals are full and high quality. |
