I will be looking at Warwickshire when the reports are released on Tuesday and judging from what has happened in the past I would not be surprised if a "Stratford upon Avon and the Vale of Evesham" constituency was proposed.

The Waveney district no longer exists though and it would not be an appropriate name for a cross-county seat by any means. The district might not exist but I'm pretty sure the river still does. And naming such a cross-county seat after a river is generally a good idea, particularly if said river forms the border - because it's an entirely neutral name (even a name like "Beccles and Diss" could be construed as not neutral because it places Beccles first). Tyne Bridge was a good example of this - naming it after the river which separates the two constituent boroughs (which were traditionally in separate counties) is a good neutral option which doesn't put either name first.
